This set of beauties are situated at the back of Denton, which is near Newhaven – the gateway to Europe (!). Bit of a trek to get there but worthwhile all the same.

Another sneaky Orange site that, at this time, is not in service. Our trained eyes spotted it! OK so we should have been concentrating on the road and the roundabout. The excitement was phenomenal!

Withernsea Fire Station

The T-Mobile and O2 is in Withernsea. O2 was activated on Feb 14th 2000 and serves approx 8,000 people. It is situated on the town’s fire station. It has now been joined by T-Mobile. It caused a lot of upset with local residents due to the amount of rigging on the tower and the size of the equipment [...]

Rottingdean Flats

An awesome O2 site, right in the dip where nothing works. It took us months and months to get a decent pic of this, and finally in January 2002 we got three!
BT Cellnet really pulled it off with this one. In 1998 all 4 networks were turned down for cellsites in the Rottingdean area due [...]
