After typing in *#105# my vodafone shows arrow, but my asda mobile shows brede and when I travelled 20 miles, they both show the same,what does this mean?

We don’t think there is but we’re willing to stand corrected.
Maybe if there’s somebody out there from the networks, they’d like to share this info with us?

Is there any list showing the MSC addresses and location of all of the operators in the UK (not just vodafone)?

fair enough. well, as i said, i use to work for voda on the telecoms side of things, so if you want to know anything (diagrams etc…) drop me a mail (i’m assuming the site owner can see my email address)

Well, we had quite a lot of demand through the email for them asking if we knew what the numbers were etc.

Also Google have a lot of searches on the numbers and information on it, so we published the info that people were looking for, courtesy of Vodafone themselves.

We know that you can’t do anything with the numbers, but it seems that it’s info that people want, so now they can have it.

Hi, i know all of these well, i use to work for vodafone in newbury in network support.

This information isnt hard to get hold of (well, it is for the end user as it would involve going to the coverage area of each msc and dialing *#105#)

but what use is it to you here? the numbers are only used for internal routing, you cant call them or anything, so what do you need to know it for, other than the fact you know it?
